Paul Preston


Global Residential is headed by Paul Preston. Paul’s previous position was as Head of Global sales for one of the leading property investment companies in the world. This company were market leaders and had a heavily researched underwrite model that operated in over 32 different markets for residential property transactions. 

Whilst head of global sales, Paul built a very strong distribution platform around the world which proved extremely successful, driving the company to record profits consistently during his 8 year reign. Paul was responsible for managing 100+ sales staff in all corners of the globe.

 During that time Paul was also a member of the Professional Golfers Association (PGA) and played professional golf across Europe. Paul has a wealth of knowledge of global property as well as a great skill set of understanding different cultures, leading his team to consistently over perform and over deliver and consistently having the clients very best interests at the centre of each and every day.

Jake El Rasoul

From owning and managing businesses Jake has learnt to help individuals and companies make the most of their talent. Jake likes to work as a part of the team as a straight talker who isn’t afraid to have the tough conversations. Jake believes that people are more capable and valuable than they often give/get credit for. Jake’s method marries the sublime with the systematic — allowing for creativity and change with a strong focus on foundation and implementation.

Reis Boyle

Reis has over 10 years of UK property investment experience. Having started his career as an investment consultant, assisting clients build diverse portfolios, Reis quickly worked his way through the ranks to become Global Sales Manager in his previous company- Managing over £180 million of direct sales.

Now Managing Partner for Global Residential, Reis takes pride in finding the best opportunities within the industry and offers a unique perspective on growing the business. Routes to market include Private Banks, Wealth Management & Real Estate Advisory with a core focus and support for The Middle East and Asia.


Phill Bull

Global Residential UK is headed by Phill Bull. Phill’s previous position was as a Director for one of the world’s top property investment agencies. He has worked with some of the country’s top developers and property investment companies including in the UK, UAE and Asia.

Phill has a proven track record in UK and international property with a wealth of knowledge in the residential and international investment markets.

He has a keen interest and extensive experience in residential and commercial property development, financing and acquisition. 

He sets the standard with particular focus on achieving the best results possible for clients.

Luke Challis

An highly dependable and motivated leader, with experience in business and elite athletic competition across Europe, The Unites States and Middle East. Luke has been extensively involved in the family restaurant business located in Coventry, England as well as the development of in-depth experience for management, sales and customer experience within the Property investment, sports retail and restaurant industry. Luke is a strong sales professional with a Bachelor of Business Administration – BBA focused in Marketing and Management, with a minor in Psychology from Mars Hill University, North Carolina.
