London year on year continues to prove why it is one of the highest performing cities in the world with a GDP of £480 billion accounting for 23% of the UK. London isn’t short of attractions and see’s over 20 million visitors each year with this number increasing year on year. 

The London plan 2021 is identifying the investment into the city of the next 20-25 years. The Plan identifies space for over 52,000 new homes per year in London – and has a target for 50 per cent of all new homes to be genuinely affordable. London is aiming to become a much greener and sustainable city by protecting green and open spaces with 80 percent of trips to be taken by walking, cycling, and public transport by 2041.
